Topics

This course has a total credit value of 20-23 credits. The topics we are studying this year are:

• 1.4 Linear Algebra (3 credits)
  
• 1.5 Measurement (3 credits)
• 1.7 Trigonometry (3 credits)
• 1.10 Multivariate Data (4 credits)
• 1.11 Bivariate Data (3 credits)
• 1.12 Chance & Data (4 credits - externally assessed in an exam)
• 1.13 Chance (3 credits)
  

Please note: We have not yet decided if the final topic will be included in the course - this depends on timing.

Numeracy: To gain numeracy a student needs a total of 10 numeracy credits. All Maths standards count towards numeracy, as well as some standards across various other subjects.

12MAST: The entry requirements for 12MAST are 16 credits in this course. If this is not obtained a student must repeat Year 11 or drop Maths.
